Pero si es sabido que en el matrimonio anterior de Carmen Dominich con Oswaldo Rios hubi violencia domestica. Eso deja claro dos cosas, o la sra es violenta o le gusta que le den. Como decia mi abuelita "no puede haber tanto hombre malo para una mujer buena" algo debe estar fallando en ella.... Given her history, she leaves room for the general public to questions whether her allegations are in fact true or if they are fabricated. If you take a look at Fernando Del Rincon's history it is impeccable. He has lived a life where he has made good choices and has overcome many adversities in his life. I do not condone violence of any type towards a woman or a man. Furthermore, domestic violence in the US is a serious crime punishable by law. If Fernando did in fact commit a crime against Carmen, she must do what any other woman of her education level would do and that is report it and have him prosecuted even if that means filing a police report and charges in the Dominican Republic where the incident took place. I doubt that will happen because then Carmen would have to prove to the courts that her allegations are in fact true. In my eyes, she will never file charges against Fernando because she lied or she was the perpetrator. Miriam,
